End of the Rainbow Projects, Inc. and its tradenames, is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials found in all of our courses, webinars, workshops, summits, and programs (virtual and in-person), to include our C.A.P. (Contract and Application Preparedness) Program, including all Intellectual Property Rights. The Materials of the C.A.P. Program (TM), including any methodologies, documents, presentations, self-assessment tools, workshops, video recordings, website content, workbooks, and designs are protected by copyright under the U.S. copyright laws and are the intellectual property of End of the Rainbow Projects, Inc. and our tradenames. Customers, clients, audiences, sponsors, and partners shall have no right or license to use any of our materials except solely during the term of a contracted license or agreement. All other rights in and to the C.A.P. Program (TM) materials are expressly reserved by End of the Rainbow Projects, Inc. and its tradenames.
